NAME AND PURPOSE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Name: The name of this organization shall be The Path of Unity Consciousness (hereinafter referred to as &#8216;the Path&#8217;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Purpose: The purpose of this Path is to serve as a spiritual and educational fellowship dedicated to uplifting humanity through compassion, consciousness, and peace. The Path recognizes that all beings are divine expressions of The Creator&#8211;free spiritual beings,&nbsp; never bound by fear or illusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Path&#8217;s mission is to promote peace on Earth through transformational spiritual awakening, compassionate action, and non-judgmental awareness. We honor the sacredness of Mother Earth and affirm our unity with the Divine Source that flows through all creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ARTICLE II. CORE OBJECTIVES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide education, guidance, and community gatherings that nurture personal transformation and direct connection with the Divine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage the practice of non-violence in thought, word, and deed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster unity among all beings, transcending division, hierarchy, and competition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advocate for the care and protection of Mother Earth through sustainable living and compassionate action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer charitable and spiritual services to support the well-being of individuals and communities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>ARTICLE III. CORE VALUES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unity Consciousness: All life is interconnected and sacred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compassionate Action: We serve from love and act from compassion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-Judgment: We honor all paths as sacred expressions of the Divine journey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-Violence: Peace begins within and extends outward through conscious living.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equality: We affirm that all beings are expressions of the same Divine Source.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sacred Earth Stewardship: We protect and nurture our planet as a living temple of creation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ARTICLE IV. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Path is a non-hierarchical organization founded upon the principles of Unity Consciousness. Leadership shall operate as a circle of equals, guided by collective wisdom and Spirit. All decisions shall be made through prayerful discernment, mutual respect, and consensus whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Functions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spiritual Services: Regular gatherings, meditations, and teachings rooted in love, compassion, and peace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community Outreach: Charitable acts, healing events, and educational programs for spiritual and emotional well-being.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sustainability Efforts: Initiatives that promote harmony with nature and protect Mother Earth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ARTICLE V. MEMBERSHIP<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Membership in the Path shall be open to all who resonate with its mission and principles, regardless of race, gender, background, or belief system. Members affirm their commitment to live in Love, Non-violence, Peace, and Service for the collective good of all Beings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ARTICLE VI. FINANCES AND DONATIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Path shall operate as a spiritual organization. All donations, tithes, and gifts received may not be taxed deductible. However, monies shall be used exclusively for the mission and activities of the Fellowship, including education, outreach, service, and charitable programs. Financial transparency shall be maintained in alignment with nonprofit governance standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ARTICLE VII. AMENDMENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Mission and Founding Proclamation may be amended by consensus or supermajority vote of the governing body, with prayerful discernment and in alignment with the Path&#8217;s foundational principles of Unity Consciousness, Love, and Compassion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ARTICLE I.
